YOGA CLASSES IN GLASGOW
Our instructor is a certified Yoga teacher and has experience in Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyāsa, Iyengar and Restorative Yoga. She has extensive background treating sports injuries and managing pain to make sure the yoga routines she offers, are the right thing for you to do. Classes are designed to work on strength, balance and flexibility.
One to one Yoga Classes - Private lesson
One to one yoga classes are ideal to develop a solid practice and work on specific needs to gain strength, flexibility and improve your technique. In a one to one Yoga class, we make sure we adjust and guide properly on the execution of the asanas (postures) and breathing (pranayama). After your class, you will be given specific guidance to keep on enjoying the benefits of your practice on your daily life and training.
Private Yoga sessions are available at your convenience so you can arrange them to suit your schedule. Many people are seeking advice on how to stretch, or to gain knowledge for their cool down routines after training. Bespoke Yoga class to reach your goals.
Semi private Yoga class - two students
A semi private Yoga class is a class with two students. Bring a friend, your partner or anyone else you want, to enjoy a bespoke Yoga class. A semi private Yoga class will guarantee personalised attention for you and your Yoga partner.
After your class, you will both be given specific guidance to keep on enjoying the benefits of your practice on your daily life and training.

Acusports is working in partnership with Hope Studio Yoga in Glasgow city centre. We offer a weekly morning Yoga class.

Do I need to book online? Yes.
For private Yoga classes we need to arrange a time for you like any other appointment in the clinic. Select a suitable time and that slot will be booked for your private or semi private lesson. You can also send an email or give us a call if you wish to discuss anything before your class.
For group Yoga classes, we also need online booking. Spaces are limited at Hope studio. Please book directly with Hope studio
Do I need to bring my Yoga mat? Both Acusports and Hope Studio have mats available, however you are more than welcome to bring your own. We also have yoga belts to help you with some asanas and lavender eye pillows if you want to use them at the Savasana or relaxation time at the end of the class.
You are also more than welcome to bring your own yoga towel or yoga socks to get a better grip on the mat. Bring some water to stay hydrated.
I have an injury and I'm not sure if a group class will make it worse. Shall I book a private class? If you are concerned about an ongoing musculoskeletal issue, we recommend to book a private session. Sara is a sports therapist with extensive experience treating injuries on a daily basis. Your session can be tailored to your needs.
