How do I start my running training?

Many of you are coming to the clinic asking for some advice on how to start a running training. That's why we are here to help.

Don't panic. It can be a bit overwhelming when you are completely new to this, however, we want to tell you something: You can do it!

Whether you are planing to run a 10K or just get fit, this is a 8 weeks beginners training to help you build a running routine.
