Tight hips is a common issue among many of our clients. This can lead to back pain, hamstring injuries and other issues.
On the following video, you will find a basic routine to help you open your hips and increase your range of motion and hip flexibility. These stretches will target muscles such as glutes, piriformis, adductors, IT band and hip flexors.
If you struggle to get into some of these stertches, just take it easy and do what you can
without feeling pain. Over time, it will become easier and your flexibility will improve.
